Growing up, Barbara was someone who enjoyed being outdoors and living an active life. As she got busier and busier with work, she started to let that outside time and active life slip away due to the intense workload she was taking on. After starting the Omada program through her employer, she started to get back on the bike and get outside in addition to cooking and eating healthier food. Since starting the program she has done multiple 50 mile bike rides with her friends.
