In 2014 Terry LaRue was diagnosed with Complex Regional Pain Syndrome (CRPS), an incurable and debilitating pain condition that leaves him with constant pain and limited mobility. This condition would stifle most, and at the beginning almost did so with Terry, but through the suffering he found his calling. This short piece shares the story of how Terry injects his pain into and through his art, transforming a mere image into a powerful statement. Though it may seem like his condition would limit him, we learn that his condition has truly made him limitless.
